Your Agilent Cary 600 Series FTIR spectrometers, microscopes and
accessories have been carefully designed so that when used properly
you have an accurate, fast, flexible and safe analytical system. Unless
specified otherwise, this manual covers the Agilent Cary 660, 670,
680 Spectrometers and the Agilent Cary 610 FTIR Microscope.
If you have purchased an Agilent Cary 620 FTIR microscope, see the
