LaserState Method
Turns the laser on/off at the TLS output. The laser will turn
back on when a measurement is started.
Parameters
OnOffState - Specifies the desired state of the laser.

PowerMeterZero Method
Causes the external power meters, if installed, to perform the
zero function.

Sets the instrument to defined setup conditions. Preset can only
be called when the PDLA is idle.
