Commissioning
6.1
Commissioning the product
Verify that the product is properly mounted and electrically connected.
Verify that a function test has been performed (see chapter "Function
test").
Verify that the probe has been calibrated and connected to the control
unit.
1. Switch on the mains voltage via the on-site mains fuse.
- Wait for at least five minutes to allow the oxygen probe to reach its oper-
ating temperature.
6.2
Activating the counter indication
The product features the following counter functions:
•
Number of switch-on cycles
•
Switch-on duration (total time of operation)
•
Heating mode (total combustion time of fire composting:
O
2
< 19 % by vol.)
The counters cannot be reset to
0
.
1. Loosen the four screws of the housing cover.
2. Remove the housing cover.
3. Press the
->
key.
- Display of the counters is activated.
- The counters are displayed in the following sequence:
switch-on cycles,
switch-on duration, heating operation
.
4. Screw thehousing cover to the control unit.
