1.  Gather the Fuel Tank parts as shown below.   

◊ 

1 - Fuel tank 

◊ 

1 - Fuel tank stopper assembly  

◊ 

1 - 2’ of glow fuel line  

◊ 

2 - Large Nylon ties  

◊ 

4 - Threaded tank mounting eyelets  

 

FUEL TANK ASSEMBLEY AND INSTALLATION  

2.  Temporally mount wing to fuse and place fuel 

tank on the fuse just in front of the wing as 
shown below. Mark the location of the tank 
mounting eyelets using a black felt tip pen.  

3.  Install the 4 threaded eyelets as shown below.  
 

Note: 

Thick CA may be used on the threads of the 

 

 eyelets to ensure they don't loosen from  

 

 vibration.  

 
 

4.  Finished stopper and clink assembly shown be-

low.  

 

Note: 

Carburetor  line will also be used to fuel and 

 

 defuel tank. 

 

Note: 

Use small nylon zip ties to secure fuel line to 

 

clunk and tubes.
