5.  Install the axle into the gear strut with nylon 

lock nut. Only snug tighten at this time. 

6.  Align the wheel pant mounting holes with the 

pre-drilled holes in the landing gear. Adjust the 
angle of the axel if necessary.  

7.  Install the inner wheel collar on the axle.  Use a 

drop of blue Loctite on the wheel collar set 
screw and tighten the wheel collar in place. 

8.  Install the wheel and outer wheel collar.  Use 

blue Loctite on the wheel collar set screw before 
final tightening.
