Figure 2-8 through Figure 2-10 show the relationships between mass carried by the stage and maximum
acceleration capabilities of the stage. Peak acceleration capabilities are given. The maximum acceleration
possible for the ABL1500WB-B series stages is 2g.
Figure 2-8 shows allowable payload and center of
gravity locations with respect to the table top for laterally centered loads. Figure 2-9 and Figure 2-10 show
the allowable payload and lateral center of gravity offset for a payload whose center of gravity is located 25
mm and 50 mm above the stage table top respectively.
