5.7.3  Overall calibration workflow: 

1.  Ensuring the AQM is fit for calibration involves checking key operating parameters such as flow rates and operating temperature and changing the 

gas inlet filter.  

2.  Setting up the calibration equipment. 
3.  Performing a zero calibration on all gas sensors at the same time. 
4.  Then performing a span calibration module by module. 
5.  Documenting all stages of the process in the instrument journal. 
6.  Final checks before leaving site and scheduling the next calibration.
