Glue in doubler for magnet bracket R-45 to the inside
of the canopy frame and glue locator R-25 to the front
centre on the underside of the canopy frame. Use
epoxy to glue magnet R-42 in place.

Glue canopy side panels R-1.1 and R-2.1
to the canopy frame. Before gluing, sand
contact surfaces of canopy frames to fit
triangular stock on side panels.
Do not glue in place part R-44 now. This is
done after top sheeting has been added
to canopy.
Work from the front to the rear and glue in
place formers R-7 to R-9. Secure with tape
until dry.
Carefully sand underside of front fuselage and make sure triangular stock is flush with fuselage sides.
Glue in place R-3 and secure with tape at former positions. In between formers use clamps to secure R-3. Glue in R-26 and R-27 as well as tail skid
R-29. Secure with tape.

Use a needle file to prepare exit point for rudder pushrod for a smooth exit.
Route pushrod housings R-38 through the respective holes in formers. Please note that rudder
pushrod runs along fuselage side and exits on same side (see graphics below). Rudder pushrod does
not exit on opposite side of fuselage!

Route elevator pushrod housing so that it exits at the
