Fault Phenomenon Possible Causes Solutions
When starting up the
control software, the
RN200 can not be located
1. The device does
not start up properly or
the network cable
connection fails.
2. The system
computer and the
RN200 are not
configured in the same
local area network.
1. Observe whether
the signal indicator is
normal or not and check the
network cable connection.
2. Configure the PC
and the RN200 to be on the
same local area network.
Positioner reports
error after the RN200
reboots
Insufficient power
shut off for the
positioner controller
Perform a power-cycle
waiting 30s before
powering up the RN200
