OPERATION AND USE
• After inserting the appliance plug into a power socket, set the main switch

“1” and for models RA and RID, wait for the pump to draw water from the external
tank to introduce it into the boiler. • For models with two electric resistances, when
the pump has finished drawing (it will no longer emit any sound), it is possible
to position the main switch

on “2” to speed up steam production.
DO NOT
POSITION THE MAIN SWITCH ON “2” UNTIL THE PUMP HAS FINISHED

REFILLING THE BOILER
AUTOMATIC REFILL OF THE BOILER (RA)
• An electronic control system and a pump keep the boiler full. • An acoustic alarm
warns when the water in tank

is exhausted. Fill tank

to deactivate the alarm
and continue working. • If the low water indicator light

comes on, switch off the
machine because it means that the boiler is empty. If you hear an acoustic signal and
there is already water inside the external tank, make sure that the pump sensors

are completely immersed in the water. If the acoustic signal still persists, add a pinch
of fine kitchen salt (the water introduced into the tank is too clean and free of salts).
MANUAL REFILL OF THE BOILER (M)
• During use, when the water end indicator

turns on and/or the steam begins to
drop in intensity and duration, it means that the boiler must be refilled with water.
• Switch off the machine, disconnect the electrical socket, wait for the pressure
indicated by the pressure gauge

to reach 0, slowly unscrew the safety cap

and
fill the boiler.
REFILL FROM THE WATER NETWORK (RID)
Make sure that the water pressure arriving from the water supply is min 1 Bar and max 4
Bar pressure and the filter is always clean. If this is not the case, turn off the machine and
carry out all operations to ensure correct water flow.
MAINTENANCE
Any maintenance by unqualified personnel will invalidate the warranty. Make sure that
maintenance is carried out properly and that only original spare parts are used. Never
open the device even if it is disconnected from the network. Have this task carried out by
qualified personnel. Subject the appliance to routine maintenance periodically, maximum
every 12 months and after long periods of inactivity. It is not necessary to empty the boiler
of residual water at the end of the work, but it is necessary to empty/clean the boiler
according to its use and at least once a month if the appliance is used a few hours a week.
