Consultation and Brokering (Switch Between Calls)
You can switch between an external and an internal call.
1.
You hold an external communication.
2.
Press the program key

). The external call is on hold. Press the arrow
up key

Press a key from 1 to 5 on the numerical keypad to select the handset of
the internal calling partner you want to call.

Conference Call (3-Party Call)
You can hold a conversation with two internal DECT handsets and one exter-
nal calling partner simultaneously.
1.
You have a communication with an external calling partner.

Press the program key

Press the arrow up key

) until INTERCOM is displayed.

Press the program key

The external calling partner is put on hold.
6.
INT is displayed.
7.
Press a key from 1 to 5 on the numerical keypad to select the handset of
the internal calling partner you want to call.

As soon as the internal calling partner answers the call, the counter will start.

Press 3 seconds the hash key

10. CONFERENCE is displayed.
11. You have a 3-party call.
12. The conference call will be broken if one of the calling partners hangs up.
The other calling partners can still communicate.

Calling the Handsets From the Base Set
This feature enables you to call all handsets subscribed to the base set.
1.
The handsets are in standby (no tone).
2.
You cannot find your handset.
3.
Shortly press the page/subscribe key
(

4.
All handsets which are subscribed to this base set will start ringing.
5.
Now that you hear the handset ringing you can find it again.
6.
To stop the handset from ringing, shortly press the line key
(

). You will
hear the dial tone.
