(!) Before any return, the warranty must be subject to prior acceptance by Adventys. The de-
vice must be returned cleaned and well packaged, accompanied by the after
- sales service
number and the name of the customer. Otherwise, the device will be left at the disposal of its
sender.
Adventys undertakes to make spare parts available for all its products for 10 years.
WARRANTY RESERVATIONS
The warranty provided by Adventys does not cover incidents due to faulty maintenance or im-
proper use: impact, fall, abrasive products/equipment. It also does not cover misuse of the pro-
duct that does not comply with the recommendations of the user guide
.
The warranty does not apply in the event that a third party not approved by Adventys
carries out repairs or interventions.
The warranty also excludes

Wear parts
•
Vitroceramic glass and control panel
•
Damage related to the use of cleaning products not recommended by this manual
•
Damage related to packaging or transport problems in the event of a return
•
Structural, mechanical and electrical changes made to the product
AFTER - SALES SERVICE
Any troubleshooting should be done by a qualified technician.

In the event of a complaint or to order spare parts from your distributor, provide him with the
complete reference of your appliance (type of appliance and serial number). This information
appears on the nameplate fixed under the metal casing of the appliance.
