Generally, troubleshooting requires looking at the LEDs on the front panel.

10.1 - LED Codes

10.2 - No Power/Status LEDs On

Ensure that the outlet you are plugged into is active.

If the lights are not turning on at all then double check all power connections and
fuses. The PixLite T8-S Mk2 has a fuse located in a recess inside the IEC socket at the
rear of the unit that may need to be replaced. See

Section 5.1
