4. What do I do if I have 2 handhelds?
Answer/Solution:
If you have 2 (or more) handhelds you may want to split your routes into
two (or more) different groups. One group for the first handheld, and one for the second. You
can do this by simply renaming the JayHH.jin file that is being exported. When you export the
readings from the handheld into JUS, use specific names such as “JayHH-1.jin” and “JayHH-
2.jin” to show which handheld’s readings are saved in the file.
5. What is JayHH.jot?
Answer/Solution:
JayHH.jot is the default filename used when transferring an empty reading
file from JUS to the Handheld. For example, if there is only one handheld that is used, and the
premise information is being transferred to the handheld for the meter readers, the default name
of the file will be called “JayHH.jot”. The default location should be
“C:\Jayhawk_Software_Data\DAP\From PC”
6. What is JayHH.jin?
