ensure proper drying of the sound processor. Wipe
the battery case with a soft, lint-free cloth and air
dry overnight.
• If water or particle ingress is observed, cease use of
the M Waterproof Battery immediately, remove the
processor from the enclosure and place in a drying
system overnight to ensure proper drying of the sound
processor. Wipe the battery case with a soft, lint-free
cloth and air dry overnight.
• Following exposure to particulate matter, such as sand
or dirt, clean the outside of the case with water and a
dry cloth prior to opening.
• The Waterproof Battery and O-Ring should be rinsed
and dried following submersion in salt or chlorine
treated water.
•
Do NOT store the M Waterproof Battery in direct sunlight
or inside a vehicle during extremely hot or cold weather.
The O-Ring should also not be left in direct sunlight. To
prevent excessive sun exposure, cover the M Waterproof
Battery and O-Ring with a towel.
• When sunbathing or after water use, please remove
the sound processor from the M Waterproof Battery or
cover the M Waterproof Battery and sound processor
to shade it from direct sunlight and prevent excessive
temperatures.
• Do not open or close the M Waterproof Battery while
in a water environment.
