solenoid is energized, it closes

to direct the oil flow in and out of

Ports 3

and

on the

Main Control

Valve

. The direction of oil flow is

determined by the position of the

Reverse Rotation Brush (3)

solenoid

valve which controls the direction

of brush rotation.
