Navigation with the Keyboard
You can use various keystrokes to navigate through the termi-
nal menu. Table 3-2, Table 3-3, and Table 3-4 describe these
keystrokes and their functions.

General Navigation Keystrokes
You can press
Control-Z
to activate a pop-up screen that
describes these keystrokes.

H returns to the home screen.
J
jumps between two menu items. Press

while on a menu item of interest, and
you will jump back to the main screen.
Go to another menu item of interest,

, and you will jump back to the
screen that was displayed the first time

want to jump between these items.
Arrow keys move between the left and right panes,
and scroll through items within a menu.
The left arrow key allows you to go
back up the menu.
Enter
activates an item or moves into
submenu.
Escape cancels an edit. Allows you to go back up
the menu. Also will dismiss the pop-up
help screens.
Tab
moves between the left and right panes.
A moves to the top of a screen.
Z
moves to the bottom of a screen.
Backspace ascends one menu level.
