Default State Setting
The JP4~7 set the Default State of communication as following:

Default Normal State Default Bypass State
After the system power on or PCI reset, the communication will be in the
Default State, which can be either Bypass State or Normal State . The
factory default setting is the Bypass State .
When power on default setting is Bypass State
