The PCI-8154 has 4 digital output channels. By this function,
user could control the digital outputs.

_8154_get_gpio_output

This function is used to get the digital output status.

_8154_get_gpio_input

PCI-8154 has 4 digital input channels. By this function, user
can get the digital input status.

_8154_set_gpio_input_function

PCI-8154 has 4 digital input channels. By this function, user
can set one of several input signals to any specific DI channels.
Those signals include LTCn, SDn, PCSn, CLRn, EMG. (The
index word n mean axis index)
