Driver Installation

4.3 SCSI Drivers Installation

This chapter describes SCSI driver installation for the onboard
SCSI controller LSI (Symbios) 53C1000R. The relative drivers are
under the following ADLINK CD directory:

X:\CHIPDRV\SCSI\53C10xx

, where

X:

is the location of the CD-

ROM drive.

Software and Drivers Support

The 53C1000R drivers support the following OS or platforms:

X

Windows 98, Windows 95, Windows 2000, Windows NT 4.0

X

Novell Netware, DOS Setup for Novell NetWare DOS

X

UNIX, OS2, Linux

All of the above drivers are included in the ADLINK CD. In this
section, the driver installation for Windows 98, Windows 2000, and
Windows NT will be described. For driver installation of other
OS’s, please refer to the README file under the respective
directory.
