MAINTENANCE

Boiler should be checked and maintained periodically by a qualified professional or competent person at least
once a year.

Following installation of the boiler, the installer shall instruct the user in the operation of the boiler and the
safety devices and shall give at least the user’s instructions to the user

18.1

Procedure to dismantle the burner

Be sure that:
the boiler general switch is on the OFF position.
the gas duct to the boiler is closed.
Warning: hazard of burns due to high temperature. Please wait until it
is safe.

Take out the frontal casing panel of the boiler and open the lateral
doors. If necessary, upper case of the boiler can be removed.

Disconnect the electric connections and the pressure pipes:
Pressure pipe connecting the gas valve to the venturi
Motor fan: electric supply connection (in the higher part of the motor).
Motor fan: control indicator PWM
Gas valve: electric supply connection.

Remove the nuts/screws of the flange connecting the fan-burner group to the boiler heat exchanger.

To clean the burner use a vacuum cleaner (or pressure air carefully from outside to the inside) and nylon
brush:
Important: Never use a steel bbrush.
