External Settings for the Console Drive Enclosure
Ø
Set the switch to
EXT.
from the front and back of the enclosure to use
the drive as an external hard drive. (Picture Shown Above)
Ø
External power is required for the external configuration.
Ø
Attach the Universal Interface Cable (USB2.0, Firewire,
Cardbus/PCMCIA or Serial ATA) to the back of the enclosure USIB
port then connect the other end to your computer.
Note:
Ø
We recommend setting the hard drive to MASTER
mode/setting at all times.
