RESPONSABILITÉ
A & D Boivin ne pourra être tenu, en aucun cas,
responsable de tout dommage tant à la
motoneige, qu’aux utilisateurs de ladite
motoneige, qu’à des tiers qui découlerait d’une
utilisation abusive ou d’une mauvaise
installation de la suspension sur la motoneige.
L’acheteur de la suspension ZX2 sera en tout
temps responsable de l’installation de la
suspension.
GARANTIE
Garantie de la marchandise
La marchandise ne pourra être retournée sans
le consentement écrit d’A&D Boivin design Inc.,
laquelle devra fournir au préalable un numéro
d’autorisation. A&D Boivin design Inc. Se
réserve le droit de refuser le retour d’une
marchandise sans numéro d’autorisation. Les
marchandises retournées à A&D Boivin design
Inc. Devront être par port prépayé à défaut de
quoi elles pourront être refusées à leur arrivée.
A&D Boivin design Inc. garantie pour 3 mois à
compter de la date de livraison que la
marchandise est exempte de défaut quant à la
matière première et à la main d’œuvre, à la
condition que la marchandise :
a) soit installée et utilisée de façon adéquate
b) soit encore en possession du Client original.
La présente garantie ne couvre pas :
a) le coût des réparations, changements et
autres travaux exécutés par le Client ou
commandés par le Client auprès d’un tiers, ni
les frais d’administration et les coûts indirects ;
b) toute marchandise ou partie de marchandise
non fabriquée par A&D Boivin design Inc.;
c) toute marchandise usagée, laquelle est
vendue sans aucune garantie quelconque et
que le Client accepte à ses risques et périls, et
pour laquelle il renonce d’avance à tout recours
contre A&D Boivin design Inc.
RESPONSIBILITY
A & D Boivin Design Inc. is not responsible, in
any case, for problems such as; broken parts,
damage to the sled or accidents due to an
improper installation or use. The owner (or
dealer if applicable) is responsible for the ZX2
suspension installation.
WARRANTY
Warrantee of merchandise
The merchandise cannot be returned without
the written consent of A&D Boivin design inc.,
which will be given with a return authorization
number. A&D Boivin design inc. reserves the
right to refuse the return of merchandise without
an authorization number. The return of
merchandise to A&D Boivin design inc. will be
prepaid, if not, the merchandise can be refused
at its arrival.
A&D Boivin design inc. guarantees for 3 month
starting from the date of delivery that the
merchandise is void of defects concerning the
raw materials and the labour, in the condition
that the merchandise:
a) is installed and used in an adequate manner
b) is still in the possession of the original Client
The guarantee does not cover:
a) the cost of repairs, changes and other work
done by the client or ordered by the client from
a third party, also administration costs and
indirect costs;
b) all merchandise or part of the merchandise
not fabricated by A&D Boivin design inc.
c) all used merchandise, witch is sold without
any guarantee and the Client accepts at his
own risk and gives up his right to a legal
recourse against A&D Boivin design inc
