mii Read or write a PHY register
Syntax
mii <device> [ <address> [ <register> { <value> | <keyword> } ] ]
Parameters
device defines the Ethernet port
address defines the PHY address
register defines the PHY register number
value defines the PHY register value
keyword defines the address’s operator:
‘+’ to go to the next address
‘-‘ to go to the previous address
‘.’ to exit
Description
The mii command can be used to scan, dump, get or to set the PHY registers on the MII bus
(Ethernet).

Parameters
address defines the destination address to be modified
value defines the value to be stored in the destination memory
keyword defines the address’s operator:
‘+’ to go to the next address
‘-‘ to go to the previous address
‘.’ to exit
Description
The mmb, mmw and mml commands can be used to modify the content of a memory space
(mmb uses a byte size, mmw uses a word size and mml uses a long-word size).
Please note that the bus error (or machine check error) is handled (a 'X' character is displayed).
