Using the

LEXI

package

• Press the

Connection

key to connect to Internet.

• The connection is made.

PCAnywhere is run automatically in Wait for connection mode

. PCAnywhere

is run as a background task, and waits for the call from the master (colleague or
technical expert). The icon is visible in the tool bar.

Request Teleassistance reference

. When the connection is made, LEXIA3

automatically interrogates the Internet provider server, to obtain the reference
assigned to the Teleassistance operation.

Display Teleassistance reference

. The reference that you have to give (by

telephone) to your colleague or to the technical expert is displayed on a screen.
