Chiller Control Sensor
During normal operation the chiller is controlled by the tank temperature. If the tank
temperature sensor fails the chiller will be controlled by the average chiller out
temperature using the average chiller out temperature at the time of the alarm as the
setpoint. If a circuit loses communication with the master it will use its chiller out
temperature.
Chiller Status Text
The main status screen of the operator interface contains a text message that displays
the current status of the chiller. The text field can show any of the following messages:
• COMP ANTICYCLE
• DISCH PRES PROT ACTIVE
• FREEZE PROT ACTIVE
• OPN CND REG VLV
• OPN EXP VALVE
• PUMP DOWN ACTIVE
• STAGE OFF DELAY
• STAGE ON DELAY
Hour Meters
Total run time hour meters are present for every compressor on the system. The
current value for the hour meters can be changed/reset via the display.
