Step 4: Install the Card

Startup sequence
The following table indicate step by step the initialization sequence of the card, with
corresponding states of the LEDs.

If warning or error status is observed, power-cycle the host computer (if using a PCIe
expansion chassis, observe the power sequence requirements).
