6 oz fresh Alaskan salmon
2 oz fresh mango
1 Tbsp butter
salt/white pepper
Procedure
1.
Position salmon on half of paper then place pieces of fresh
mango on top.
2.
Sprinkle with salt and white pepper then dot with pieces of
butter.
3.
Seal parchment envelope leaving a small opening at the
pointed end.
4.
Place on sheet pan and cook.
5.
Once it’s cooked, salmon can be served in cooking pouch or
removed and placed on a plate according to preference.

6 oz fresh Alaskan salmon
8 oz garbanzo beans
2 Tbsp olive oil
½ onion chopped
pinch paprika
pinch salt, pepper
Procedure:
1. Place garbanzo beans and onion in food processor and pulse.
2. Add olive oil and paprika until chunky smooth texture.
3. Remove from food processor and season with salt and pepper.
4. Place salmon on tray with parchment paper and spread garbanzo
paste over salmon.
