Operation manual

ACO Clara

9.6.1 Filter element cleaning

Clean the filter element quarterly. A clogged
filter element can cause overheating or pump
failure.

• If the filter element is heavily clogged, wash it with a

neutral detergent. Rinse with water and dry it in the
shade.

• Reassemble the filter element back in place and press in

the filter cover.

• Fix the filter cover by the truss head screw.

9.6.2 Filter element replacement

• Replace the filter element, following the procedure in 1.

9.6.3 Valve box, diaphragm replacement

1. Undo the truss head

screw.

2. Remove the filter

cover.

3. Remove the filter

element and shake
out the dust by
hand.

1. Undo the four corner

bolts.

2. Remove the overall

cover.

3. If it is hard to remove,

insert a screwdriver.

4. Pull out the bushing

5. Remove the shock.

6. Undo the screws

7. Remove the holder

cover.

8. Insert the magnet support jig in four corners

between magnet and core.

9. Undo the screws

10. Slide the hose

clamp.

11. Pull out the conne-

cting pipe and
remove the valve
box of one side.
