Remove locking bolt from test connection and insert test funnel.
2.3 Tightness test
Fill with clear water up to upper edge of test pipe (100 mm).
Observe water level for 10 minutes. If filling level drops, replenish with
clear water until a water level of 100 mm is again reached. Note down
re-plenished water quantity.
If more than 500 cm
3
water have to be replenished within 10 minutes,
the flap seals and flaps have to be checked again and to be renewed, if
applicable.
Then, carry out another tightness test.
If less than 500 cm
3
water must be replenished within 10 minutes, the
tightness test is passed.
Remove test funnel, re-insert test screws, open emergency seal.

Take pressure hose out of water.
Switch box:
The red diode goes out.
After a 30 seconds delay, the operating seal flap opens automati-
cally.
The yellow diode flashes during the opening process.
The yellow diode goes out as soon as the operating seal flap is
completely open.
