Unable to answer call

from phone connected to

Unable to make call

from phone connected to

port.

• Verify that the phone is functioning properly

without phone connected to port.

• Verify that the phone cable from phone to auxiliary

phone is securely connected.

• Connect the phone directly to port. Do not use

house wiring or external CID (Caller ID device) or
answering machine.

• Verify that the phone is functioning properly

without phone connected to port.

• Verify that the phone cable from IRIS V to

conventional phone is securely connected.
