APPENDIX B: AVC5000 CONFIGURATION FORM 

To simplify start-up and reduce field labor, each AVC5000 can be factory-configured specifically 
for the field application. 

Each order must be submitted to Accutrol using the 

AccuValve Estimate-Order Spreadsheet

 

with the 

AVC Config Form

 completed.  If the 

AVC Config Form

 is not provided with the order, 

the factory will configure the AVC5000 controller to generic default values, which will require 
the controller to be configured in the field.
