culture dish, the phase contrast ring

The coarse adjustment knob is
too difficult to rotate.
The tension adjustment ring is tightened too
much.
Loosen it appropriately.
The image goes out of focus
during observation.
The tension adjustment collar is too loose. Tighten it appropriately.
ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
