There is no test drum in the meter.
The bar code on the test drum
is damaged.
The 90-day use-by period has
been exceeded. The test strips
in the test drum are not usable.
Open the test drum compartment and close again.
Make sure there is a test drum loaded in the meter. If
not, call Accu-Chek Customer Care
SM
at 1-800-858-8072 .
The 90-day use-by counter will no longer be valid.
Run a control test.
Insert a test drum.
Discard old test drum and insert a new test drum.
