1. Preface
Dear Customer,
Thank you for purchasing this Mini-Camrecorder in PIR housing with camera. You made the
right decision in choosing this state-of-the-art technology. This product complies with the
current standards of domestic and European regulations. The CE has been proven and all
related certifications are available from the manufacturer (
www.abus-sc.com ) upon request.
To maintain this status and to guarantee safe operation, it is your obligation to observe these
operating instructions!
This Mini-Camrecorder in PIR-Housing is suited for hidden surveilance of objects. In the
inconspicuous PIR housing the Mini-Camrecorder records pictures of the integrated 1/3” SONY
SUPER HAD CCD colour camera to a commercial SDHC-card. The data is saved in MPEG4
format and can be played directly with a standard video player, such as the Windows Media
player, at a PC.
Data storage is subject to local national data-protection guidelines. During installation, draw
your customers’ attention to the existence of these guidelines.
