WALL PANEL ASSEMBLY
1.
Attach the front panel to the
right side panel.
Open the door to make the front
panel stand up on its own.
Fasten with four 3/8” self drilling
screws through the edge holes
2.
Attach the left side panel use
the
longer
3/4” self tapping
screws FAST013 and locate in
the prepunched holes in the side
wall’s
64C
channel
3.
Attach rear panel to side
panels by the sheet edge holes
using 3/8” self tapping screws.
4.
Drill 3/16” holes in the top
channel and secure hinges with
countersunk screws or pop rivets.
Optional: Drill 1/8” holes and
secure 4x corner braces

with
a 3/8” screw at each end.
Side walls fit into the
cutouts in front &
rear wall channels.
