Double-pole
circuit breaker
control
The circuit breaker closing can be implemented
as one-pole or double-pole connection. At dou-
ble-pole circuit breaker operation the control
voltage is applied to both sides of the circuit
breaker tripping coil: the negative and the posi-
tive polarity of the control circuit are separately
connected over the terminals 11—12 and 13—14
of the output relay CBCS.
Note!
When the CBCS relay is used with one-pole
connection the terminals 12 and 13 have to be
connected together.
Should double-pole circuit breaker opening be
required as well, two heavy-duty output relays
can be used for this purpose (e.g. TS2 and TS3).
