Examine the communication, reset the fault

1. Make sure that the master controller can
communicate.
2. Examine the adapter settings and status.
Refer to the user documentation of the
fieldbus interface.
3. Examine the cable connections.

The inverter cannot
communicate with the
extension I/O module
1. Power down the inverter.
2. Make sure that the module is correctly
installed in Slot 1.
3. Restart the inverter.
If the same fault occurs again, the module
may be broken.
37120 Ground current - Leakage current to ground
because of human, animal or
other contact between
electrical parts and ground.
- Leakage current to ground
because of water or high
humidity.
1. Power down the inverter.
2. Make sure that no people, animals or other
objects are in danger or in contact with the
electrical parts of the PV system.
3. Visually examine the cabling of the PV
system for faults or burn marks.
4. If the system looks normal, restart the
inverter.
If the same fault occurs again, immediately
isolate the inverter from all power sources.
Request a service visit from your system
supplier. Your PV system might have a
dangerous AC or DC side isolation fault and
contact to ground.
37121 RCMU sensor Fault in the residual current
monitoring unit (RCMU).
1. Power down the inverter.
2. Restart the inverter.
If the same fault occurs again, immediately
isolate the inverter from all power sources
and contact your system supplier.
37122 Ground current
measurement

If the same fault occurs again, power down
the inverter and contact your system supplier.

37130 HW mismatch Internal HW board and SW
versions do not match.
1. Power down the inverter.

If the same fault occurs again, power down
the inverter and contact your system supplier.
37136 String current
deviation
Note: Can also be
configured as a
warning.
Current deviation between
strings.
1. Read the aux code (1...8) from the Events
menu -> Active faults -> String current
deviations. The aux code number refers to the
affected string.
2. Examine the affected string for shading.
3. Make sure that the panels in the affected
strings do not have damage.
4. Make sure that the string monitoring
configuration settings are feasible.
