Installing the Spectrometer

Section 3  Unpacking and Installing

AA003700-01 rev. G. 2.0

STEP 1

Connect the Ethernet cable to the computer or to the Network port. Use a
crossover cable for a private connection (spectrometer to computer), and a
straight pin cable for a Network connection (spectrometer to Network).

STEP 2

Connect the Ethernet cable to the spectrometer.

STEP 3

If desired, connect the purge hose to the spectrometer (dry oil-free air or
nitrogen only, recommended 7 l/min.).
