Montering av transmittermodellen med R 1/2“ och
NPT 1/2” process anslutning (kod 1 och 2)

Transmittern kan monteras antingen direkt på mätpunkten eller med
monteringssatsen (tillbehör P110301) och en pulsledning. Hur transmittern
monteras beror på omgivningstemperaturen (notera att temperaturområdet är
-20 till +80 för transmittern) och på mätpunktens tillgänglighet.
Vi rekomenderar att en avstängningsventil monteras på röret för att möjliggöra
enkel demontering av transmitern för tex. kontroll eller utbyte.
När transmittern monteras med en pulsledning, följ följande instruktioner:
a)
Undvik skarpa böjar som kan fördröja mätsignalen.
b)
montera transmittern lägre än mätuttaget när mätning görs på vätskor.
Detta för att säkerställa så att ledningen alltid är ordentligt fylld. Lufta l
edningen innan driftsättningen.
c)
Montera transmittern högre än mätuttaget när mätning görs på gaser.
Detta för att säkerställa så att kondensat dräneras av och inte påverkar
mätningen.
d)
Förlägg ledningen med minst 8 % lutning (nedför i fall “b” och uppför i
fall “c”) för att undvika risk för igensättning av föroreningar mm.
4.4
Montering av transmittrar med hygieniska
anslutningar och flänsar (kod 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, A, C, D, E och V)

Montera transmittern direkt på mätpunkten. Se till så att mätpunkten är utförd
för att passa den valda typen av anslutning.
För montering av transmittrar med klamp anslutning (kod 9, A och V) krävs
rätt packning och klampring, se avsnittet “Tillbehör”.
För montering av transmittrar med flänsar måste rätt flänsring väljas, se
avsnittet tillbehör. Använd rätt packning.
4.3 Mounting the transmitter model with
G 1/2“ and NPT 1/2” process connection (code 1 and 2)

The transmitter can be mounted either directly at the measuring point or
using an instrument holder and pulse line (measuring lead). Whether or not
these tools are used depends upon the ambient temperature (observe the
max. temperature range of -20 to + 80 °C at the transmitter) and on the
accessibility of the installation site.
We recommend to install a shut-off valve upstream of every transmitter, to
allow for trouble free dismounting, e.g. for checking or replacing the transmit-
ter.
When mounting the transmitter with a pulse line, follow the instructions
below:
a)
Avoid sharp bending that may reduce the CSA of the line and, thus,
delay measured value transmission.
b)
Mount the transmitter
downstream of the measuring point when
measuring a liquid. This ensures that the line is always filled well. Prior
to first commissioning ventilate the line.
c)
Mount the transmitter upstream of the measuring point when
measuring a gas. This ensures that condensate is drained off and does
not impair measured value transmission.
d)
Lay the line with a continuous slope of at least 8% (down slope in case
“b” and up slope in case “c”) to avoid the risk of deposits which make
choke up the line.
4.4
Mounting the transmitter model with hygienic process
connection and transmitters with flanges (code 4, 5, 7, 8, 9,
A, C, D, E and V)

Mount the transmitter directly at the measuring point. Make sure that the
measuring point is prepared according to the requirements of the selected
process connection.
When mounting Transmitters with clamp connection use the right sealing and
clamp ring. See the section “Accessories”. Use correct sealing.
