3A (American sanitary approval)

Some types of fittings are  3A approved according to the 3A-standard 74-02.
Types that are approved are: ETP90A/H/PA/FF-ABCD
where A=3,4,5

Material in the membrane.

B=7,8,9,A,D,E,V

Type of fitting.

C=1...8

Pressure range.

D=0,2

Absolute or realtive pressure.

DNV

ETP90 is tested according to DNV Certification note 2.4 Location class B.

FDA

Al types are filled with an FDA approved silicon oil. (Approved for use in
contact with food.)
