Key Description
Hold Controls the Hold feature.
Redial

Accesses the Redial list of to 100 previously dialed numbers.

Controls the Last Number Redial feature.
Xfer Controls the Transfer feature.
Icom Intercom is not used by Aastra Intecom.
Conf Controls the Conference feature.
Options Accesses features that customize the phone.
Services Accesses the Callers List and the Voicemail list.
Goodbye Hangs up the phone or cancels any function, places the phone in the
idle state, and displays the idle state screen.
Activates the Speaker or Headset depending upon audio mode.
Controls the Mute feature.
Volume key Sets the volume for the ringer, handset, headset, and speaker.
L1 – L4 4 line/call appearance keys to connect you to a line or call.
Softkeys – 6 programmable state-based softkeys that display on the
LCD screen.
