Appendix A - Troubleshooting
There is no video Signal
•
Check that the power adapter is plugged in and the POWER ON/OFF lamp is lit.
•
Check that the resolution of the input signal is 800x600.
•
Check that the video cable is plugged into the COMMON input port.
•
Check that the video mode is set up correctly. The video mode should be VGA
60Hz (negative sync) or VESA standard SVGA 60Hz, 72Hz or 75Hz (positive
sync).
The 3D does not work in PC FIELD mode
•
Check that the external source is connected to the COMMON input port.
•
Check that the video source is set up to display in Field Sequential mode.
One display has no image
•
In PC 3D SEPA mode, the left and right signals must be the same mode. The
signals must be plugged in and active before changing the mode.
The picture is dark and fuzzy
•
Make sure that the external source is connected and is turned on.
•
Adjust the brightness of the display.
•
Adjust the Interpupillary Distance (IPD) dial on your headset.
There is no sound
•
Check that the volume is not set to zero.
•
Check that the control is not muted.
The color appears incorrect
•
Check the color control settings.
•
Check that the right color standard is being used (NTSC or PAL).
