1.
Connect the
Power adapter
to the power socket on the rear panel. The Power LED on the front panel
should be ON to indicate a proper connection.
Using a non-certified power adapter may damage this system.
2.
Connect an
Ethernet cable
to WAN1 Port on the rear panel. Per your needs, connect the other end of the
cable to a networking device such as ADSL modem, cable modem, switch or hub. The WAN1 LED
indicator should be ON to indicate a proper connection.
3.
Connect an
Ethernet cable
to any LAN Port on the rear panel. Connect the other end of the cable to a PC
for configuring the HSG1200 system. The LED indicator should be ON to indicate a proper connection.
