Applying the Fluid
1.
To achieve the best results when applying fluid,
keep the gun perpendicular to the surface and
maintain a consistent distance of approximately 6
to 8 inches (150 to 200 mm) from the object being
sprayed. See Fig. 14.
2.
To obtain an even finish, use smooth, even strokes
across the surface to be sprayed with 50% over-
lap. The PPS gun cup is a sealed system and can
be sprayed in any direction without spills on verti-
cal or horizontal surfaces.
3.
Paint using parallel strokes. This spray gun applies
all coatings evenly without cross coating.
