Assigning a Public Key to an SSH User
This configuration task is unnecessary if the SSH user’s authentication mode is
password
.
For the
publickey
authentication mode, you must specify the client’s public key on the server for
authentication.
Follow these steps to assign a public key for an SSH user:

Exporting the Host Public Key to a File
In tasks of Configuring the Public Key of a Client on the Server or Configuring whether first-time
authentication is supported , an SSH client’s or an SSH server's host public key can be imported from a
public key file. This task allows you to export the host public key to a file on the client or server device
with key pairs generated.
