Choosing the Right Milk
The quality and volume of milk foam depends on the type, temperature and characteristics
of the milk being used (e.g. fat and protein content).
We suggest picking your milk based on taste preferences, diet and what you enjoy most
with your coffee drinks. Don’t be afraid to experiment as frothing should be fun!

Best for beginner frothers as
creating lots of froth and bubbles
is easy with non-fat milk.
Lighter and less flavorful
due to the lack of fat
content.
Hot Frothing
Cold Frothing
2% Milk Great for beginners.
Produces froth that is
richer and creamier.
Cold Frothing
Whole

Better for more experienced
frothers as the fat weighs down
