16. Simple troubleshooting methods for electric running:
Malfunction or phenomenon Possible reason Processing method
No display on treadmill
A.No power plugged in, or no power Connect the power cord to AC, or check
the AC outlet
B.The power switch is not turned on Place the power switch in the ON position
C.The drive is not powered or damaged Press the overload protector again, or
replace the drive
D.Electronic watch signal line is open Replace the signal line and reconnect it
E.Electronic watch is damaged Replace electronic watch
F.(LCD) The backlight is not bright Need to repair, check the backlight cable,
or replace the backlight
The treadmill display is
incomplete, missing strokes
A.Display driver IC welding or continuous
welding Need to be repaired, check the solder
joints, and re-solder in place
B.(Liquid crystal) The conductive strip
slides and is not fixed in place Reassemble the LCD
C.Defective display driver IC Need to repair, solder new display driver
IC
The treadmill does not move
smoothly, weak or jittery
A.There is resistance in the transmission
part Adjust the transmission part, or add
lubricating oil
