8. Heart rate control program:
1. Run at the lowest speed after startup
2. The first 1 minute is a warm-up exercise, you can manually adjust the speed and lift
3. After warming up, calculate the heart rate difference (target heart rate-user's heart rate)
as follows:
A. (Target heart rate-user's heart rate)>0, the speed increases by 0.5KM/H.
B. (Target heart rate-user's heart rate) <0, the speed will be reduced by 0.5KM/H, and will
not drop after reaching the lowest speed.
4. Repeat step 3 every 10 seconds
5. When there is no heart rate for more than 30 seconds, the speed will be reduced by
0.5KMH, and will not drop after reaching the lowest speed; repeat this step every 10
seconds until the lowest speed.
6. When two HRCs are used, the highest speed is 10.0, 12.0KMH
7. Age adjustment range: 15-80, default 30.
