Red Lights are general wellness devices and are not intended to cure or diagnose any medical conditions.
Use of this device is designed to help promote overall health and wellness by supporting cellular function.
Red Lights should only be operated based on the user guidelines, as outlined in this user manual.

RED-LIGHT-THERAPY FOR HUMAN
For first time users, we recommend starting out with 2-3 minute treatments per area, and slowly working up
to a 20-minute session over the course of 2-3 weeks as your body acclimates to the therapy.
FIRST TIME USERS
We recommend 20-minute treatments at 1-6 inches from your device. Additional 20- minute sessions for
specific areas may be beneficial but beyond a certain point, the scientific evidence points to diminishing returns.
More is not always better.
STANDARD USE
For this reason, we recommend you allow at least 6 hours between treatments of the same area. We recommend
no more than 30 minutes in any one session. We recommend using the device 2-14 times per week.
When treating, do not stare directly into the light emitting diodes (LEDs).
PROTECTIVE EYEWEAR
We recommend wearing protective goggles (included) when using the NIR driectly into the face.
SAY HELLO TO YOUR RED LIGHT
660nm of red light.
This light can be seen by the eyes and targets skin cells.
850nm of near infrared light.
This light cannot be seen by the eyes and targets deep tissue.
Before starting your first session, please make sure to read this manual as it may explain important operating
procedures. The red light devices use red 660nm and Infrared 850nm leds which is chosen to give the ideal
wavelengths found in the scientific research of the last three decades .
